Here is a quick guide to install your custom Euro bed with bookcases.

Start in the corner with the corner cabinet I desinged it to be 1 3/8" away from the back wall (the wall with the bed).  Put it as close to the window wall as possible.  To have a tighter fit you may choose to remove the base molding on the window wall only.  The left and right cabinets are to be 1 7/8" from the wall.  The main thing is to keep the fronts even.  The bed will be the only one to go against the wall.  The total amount of space from the outside of the corner cabinet to the Murphy bed is 62 5/8" 

• Attach the extra triangle shelf that you requested by sliding the attached shelf support through the cutout in the back.  Attach it form in side (You may have to pull out or remove the drawer.

• Put the corner cabinet in place.

• Put the left cabinet next to it.  (Make sure the top molding and the sides all the way down are flush. (Don't screw together yet and it is okay if they move.  Just get them close for now)

• Put the bed together using the instructions.

• Put the right corner cabinet in place.   (Make sure the top molding and the sides all the way down are flush.)

  The bed should be mounted and squared now. Attach the right bookcase to the Murphy bed. 

  • I already put a screw in the top.  You should be able to pick up the same holes.   I didn't put one down low.  If you need one put it inside the door compartment high and where it can't be seen easily.

• Attach the left bookcase the same way you did the right

• Attach the corner bookcase making sure trim is flush. 

• Keep going around the window seats.
